The International Trade team has adopted a global approach to customs classification for their units and products, aligned with the regulations of the Customs Organization and local country requirements. To support this process, we are looking for a Customer Service & Trade Compliance Specialist who will work with SAP and act as a key contact point for internal stakeholders and external partners.Tasks:
* Provide customer-focused support by managing customs classification in SAP-GTS for selected products and countries
* Retrieve and clarify product information from technical specialists to ensure smooth communication with customs experts
* Apply existing customs classification rulings across the companies and ensure consistency
* Align customs tariff code usage with suppliers, brokers, and internal teams to guarantee compliance and efficiency
* Act as a liaison between trade compliance processes and other internal IT developments impacting customs tariff codes
* Support stakeholders by explaining and justifying classification decisions in a clear and service-oriented manner
We are looking for a Customer Service & Trade Compliance Specialist that :
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in administration, trade, or customer service
* Strong customer service mindset: proactive, responsive, and solution-oriented
* Excellent coordination, follow-up, and communication skills across different countries and cultures
* Structured work approach with attention to detail
* Proficiency in Excel; experience with SAP and BI-reporting tools is an advantage
* Fluent in English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus
* Willingness to travel occasionally, especially during the initial 6-month learning and onboarding period
