Job description

Join our team in Brussels and contribute to the transformation of the electricity sector by supporting our client in the implementation and optimization of CRM solutions.


Your missions

* Lead workshops and interviews with Key Account Managers, Customer & Operations teams, and other stakeholders to capture user needs and pain points
* Translate business needs into personas, user journeys, use-cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria
* Define and challenge design principles and scope boundaries between CRM and surrounding systems
* Build a clear CRM vision, MVP scope, and incremental roadmap
* Produce high-quality analysis deliverables: business requirements, process maps (AS-IS/TO-BE), data & reporting needs, integration needs
* Conduct structured market exploration, vendor longlist/shortlist, and support the selection process
* Coordinate with internal teams (security, architecture, procurement, legal) to ensure a rigorous and compliant selection process


Your profile

* Experience with CRM tools (selection, implementation, or optimization)
* Experience researching and shaping customer solutions & digital software products
* Experience in the energy sector and good knowledge of the Belgian energy market
* Experience in structured analysis and recommendations integrating business knowledge
* Experience integrating technical constraints and collaborating with technical profiles
* Academic background: engineering or business school
* English and French fluent. Dutch is a plus.
* You demonstrate a problem-solving mindset and proactivity
* You demonstrate customer orientation and autonomy
* You demonstrate team spirit, intrapreneurial mindset, and results orientation

Case study: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.
