How will you make an impact in this role?
Our mission is to deliver a world class customer experience every day. As a KYC analyst, you will be a part of the team within our KYC AML Operations team which develops lasting relationships with our Customers. This role is 90% admin and 10% phone based.
Minimum qualifications:
1. Handle customer data and update our records following strict regulations.
2. Communicate effectively to all parties involved while driving increased customer satisfaction
3. Investigate and resolve problems to clear discrepancies.
4. Maintain regular contact with key stakeholders.
5. Deliver highest standard of case quality, customer service and relationship care
6. Maintain excellent interaction with internal and external partners and our customers
Preferred qualifications:
7. Fluent written and spoken French, Dutch and English is essential.
8. The ability to work in a fast paced and in a virtual environment as well as multitask and re-prioritise on a regular basis.
9. Team player who demonstrates self-motivation & ability to work under pressure and unsupervised.
10. Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook,…)
11. Accurate keyboard skills and attention to details.
12. Pro-actively seeks opportunities for improvement and streamline processes.
13. Building & leveraging relationships internally and externally.
14. Demonstrate personal excellence by remaining positive in difficult situations.
15. Display a passion to serve by delivering extraordinary service in every interaction with our customers.

This role is a 6-12 month secondment.
