As Product Security Director, you will be responsible for safeguarding Cartamundi’s customers’ most sensitive intellectual property and physical products throughout the entire lifecycle—from design to distribution. This is a group-level role with global responsibility across all Cartamundi production sites and subcontractor partners worldwide. You will lead the development and implementation of a robust security management system to prevent leaks, theft, and unauthorized access, ensuring our customers’ trust and brand reputation remain intact.
* Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive Product Security Management System covering both physical and digital assets.
* Design and enforce security policies, procedures, and controls to prevent product leaks and theft.
* Conduct risk assessments and implement corrective and preventive actions across all production and supply chain touchpoints.
* Investigate security breaches, analyze root causes, and lead incident response and mitigation efforts.
* Collaborate with internal teams and subcontractor partners to ensure compliance with Cartamundi’s security standards.
* Monitor and audit security systems and processes, ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with industry best practices.
* Provide training and awareness programs to employees and partners on product security protocols.
* Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding product security matters.
Your profile:
* Proven experience in security management, preferably in a manufacturing or IP-sensitive environment.
* Strong understanding of physical and digital security systems, risk management, and compliance frameworks.
* Excellent analytical, investigative, and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work cross-functionally and manage external partners.
* High level of integrity, discretion, and attention to detail.
* Fluent in English; other languages are a plus.
