This role combines hands‑on development of business‑critical applications with the strategic oversight of backend and frontend systems. The project focuses on modernizing existing services and implementing innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
* Define the architectural roadmap for backend and frontend systems while balancing innovation with stability.
* Lead the development of complex, mission‑critical applications using modern frameworks and cloud technologies.
* Coach and mentor team members to promote clean code practices and technical excellence.
* Optimize the software development lifecycle by refining workflows, tooling, and best practices.
* Integrate AI‑driven tools into the development process to enhance efficiency and quality.
* Collaborate with project managers, analysts, and testers to translate business needs into technical solutions.
* You have 8+ years of experience in the development of web‑based applications.
* You bring proven experience as an application architect.
* You possess 3+ years of experience in backend development with .NET and C#.
* You have 3+ years of experience in frontend development with Angular.
* You possess experience in leading and coaching development teams.
* You have experience with the Atlassian Stack, specifically Jira and Confluence.
* You bring experience with Agile development methodologies.
* You are fluent in Dutch with a level of C2.
Nice to Haves
* Experience with Blazor.
* Experience with OpenShift and API Gateways like KONG.
* Knowledge of SQL and Bitbucket.
* Experience with Claude AI or other AI‑driven development tools.
