FUNCTION
In collaboration with HRBPs, Talent Acquisition, Pharma Academy, and Corporate Talent Management, you will design and implement the training and development strategy. You will report to the HR & Internal Communication Director.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Development
* Performance evaluation:
Monitor and improve processes, analyze results to identify areas for improvement.
* Talent management:
Develop career plans, identify training needs, monitor talent, and prepare reporting.
* Communication & advisory:
Support employees and managers regarding career opportunities and talent management.
Training
* Needs analysis & training management:
Plan and coordinate training programs (internal/external), oversee legal obligations and the LMS.
* Onboarding:
Develop a structured onboarding program for key roles.
* Evaluation & improvement:
Track the impact of training initiatives and implement continuous improvements.
* Innovation:
Monitor educational trends and integrate new technologies.
PROFILE
Required skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to analyze data to optimize processes.
* Strong knowledge of career evaluation and development practices.
* Experience with digital solutions, ideally with an LMS.
* Multi-project management, proactivity, and team spirit.
Qualifications
* Degree in HR, psychology, or related field.
* Minimum 3 years' experience in talent development and training.
* Trilingual:
French/Dutch/English.
