For our client in the utilities industry, we're looking for a Senior Scrum Master who will be supporting several Scrum teams working on shared products in a multi-team Scrum environment. Your role focuses on enabling effective Scrum execution, strengthening team autonomy, and improving delivery flow in a product-centric organisation.
You operate hands-on with teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders, and actively contribute to the broader Agile maturity of the organisation.
Your responsibilities include
Facilitating and coaching all Scrum events: sprint planning, refinement, daily scrum, sprint review, and sprint retrospective.
Supporting multiple Scrum teams working on the same product, ensuring alignment and effective collaboration.
Coaching teams in self-organisation, ownership, and continuous improvement.
Supporting the Product Owner in backlog management, prioritisation, and stakeholder interaction.
Ensuring sprint reviews are used as product demos and structured feedback moments with stakeholders.
Actively involving business stakeholders and acting as a bridge between teams and the wider organisation.
Removing impediments that hinder team progress and delivery.
Ensuring transparent reporting on team progress, flow, and delivery.
Coaching teams on Scrum values: commitment, courage, focus, openness, and respect.
Improving team productivity and delivery effectiveness through continuous improvement practices.
Facilitating collaboration in hybrid and distributed team setups.
What are we looking for?
You have at least 5 years as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach.
You have at least 3 years of hands-on experience working with Agile project delivery using Scrum, including Agile values and principles.
You have proven experience using Agile tools in day-to-day delivery and team coordination.
You have hands-on experience supporting Product Owners, including backlog refinement, prioritisation, and stakeholder interaction.
You have experience coaching mixed business and IT teams.
You have experience working in multi-team Scrum environments where multiple teams deliver one shared product.
You have hands-on experience facilitating online workshops using Jira, Confluence, Mural, and Microsoft Teams.
You have hands-on experience applying Liberating Structures.
You hold a LeSS Practitioner certification.
You are fluent in Dutch at CEFR level C2.
