Presales Engineer (Senior profile preferred)
to join our Technology & Solutions team. You will act as a trusted advisor, combining strong
technical expertise
with
sales skills
to design and present the best security solutions for our clients.
This is not a pure technical role or a pure sales role – it's the balance of both. A senior presales professional can
understand customer needs, translate them into winning solutions, and convince clients
with confidence.
What You'll Do
* Analyse client requirements and design tailored electronic security solutions (access control, CCTV, intrusion systems, video analytics, AI, PSIM).
* Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and tender responses.
* Support sales teams throughout the sales cycle with technical expertise.
* Manage supplier product portfolios and ensure ERP/catalogue tooling is up to date.
* Monitor market trends to identify new opportunities.
* Act as a link between sales, operations, finance, and service management.
What We're Looking For
* Background:
Presales experience in security, IT distribution, or technical support.
* Profile:
Someone who started technical (technician, IT admin, support) and evolved into sales, or a sales professional with strong technical affinity.
* Skills:
Analytical, consultative, proactive, able to build trust with clients.
* Languages:
Fluent in
French & Dutch
(English is a plus).
* Mindset:
Sociable, collaborative, eager to win, with excellent communication skills.
