Mission
The Social Media Specialist plays a key operational role in shaping and amplifying Cronos Europa’s digital presence. Your primary mission is to create, produce, and manage engaging content across all social media platforms, ensuring consistency, creativity, and alignment with our corporate identity.
Working autonomously on day-to-day execution, you will collaborate closely with the Social Media Team Leader to support strategic campaigns and brand positioning.
Responsibilities
1. Content Strategy & Editorial Planning
* Develop and manage a 360° editorial calendar aligned with internal initiatives and external client projects.
* Ensure consistency of tone, storytelling, and visual identity across all platforms, including LinkedIn, X, and Facebook.
* Simplify complex tech and institutional ideas into compelling digital storytelling.
2. Content Creation & Production
* Create and publish high-quality content for social media platforms.
* Produce engaging video and photo content using tools like CapCut and Canva.
* Support our internal experts in building their personal branding and "employee advocacy" on LinkedIn.
* Collaborate with designers and video producers to generate high-impact multimedia content.
3. Paid Campaigns & EU-Level Management
* Manage and optimize organic and paid campaigns at an EU level for different European countries.
* Execute paid social ads on Meta, LinkedIn, and X (knowledge of YouTube and Google is a plus).
* Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align content with specific institutional business objectives.
4. Community Management & Engagement
* Manage day-to-day operations of all channels, responding to users in a timely and brand-aligned manner.
* Foster engagement and strengthen the sense of community within our digital ecosystem.
* Monitor performance and ensure regular, consistent activity across all platforms.
Required Skills
* Experience: 3-4 years of proven experience in social media content management.
* Creative Eye: Strong storytelling ability with a focus on brand consistency.
* Technical Savvy: Hands-on experience with CapCut and Canva for photo/video production.
* Bilingual: Fluency in French and English is mandatory
* Ads Management: Practical experience managing paid campaigns on LinkedIn, Meta, and X.
* Mindset: Proactive, autonomous, and able to manage multiple platforms and deadlines.
