HR Generalist
We’re looking for a proactive HR Generalist to support managers and employees across the full HR lifecycle. You’ll deliver hands-on, operational HR support and work closely with HRBPs, Payroll, and Shared Services in an international environment.
What you’ll do
1. Manage recruitment, onboarding, employee changes, benefits, Time & Attendance, and offboarding
2. Advise managers on HR policies, employment legislation, and absence management
3. Support payroll processes and maintain accurate HRIS data
4. Contribute to annual HR processes (performance, compensation, benefits) and HR projects
What we’re looking for
5. 2–5 years’ experience in an HR Generalist / operational HR role
6. Solid knowledge of employment legislation and HR processes
7. Strong communication skills in English (B2–C1)
8. Experience with HRIS ( SuccessFactors); manufacturing background is a plus
