Your Mission
As a Senior Specialized Sales Professional Services, you’ll be the cornerstone of our customer-centric approach, focusing on:
* Building and nurturing strategic relationships with hiring managers, procurement, and C-level stakeholders.
* Driving business growth through a consultative, value-driven, and high-paced sales approach.
* Translating customer needs into expert-led, tech-aligned staffing opportunities.
* Positioning Inetum as a digital workforce enabler.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead a portfolio of accounts with a structured, strategic approach.
* Manage the full sales cycle from acquisition to execution within a professional services context.
* Understand client goals and match them with Inetum’s capabilities and expert community.
* Shift client focus from “time and cost” to “task and value.”
* Collaborate cross-functionally to create new business opportunities and synergies.
* Advocate for managed staffing and structured team approaches over transactional sourcing.
* Presenting potentially matching candidates to our customer's demand.
Qualifications
Who You Are
* You are a relationship builder who engages fluently with hiring managers and executive stakeholders.
* You are a tactical thinker who proactively identifies staffing needs and converts them into business.
* You are a consultative seller with over 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in IT staffing or professional services.
* You are a confident communicator in Dutch and/or French, and English.
* You have a customer-first mindset, focused on long-term value creation.
* You are entrepreneurial and results-driven.
* You are skilled in stakeholder management within complex DMUs.
* You have excellent negotiation, communication, and influencing skills.
