Context of the role
As Director Change Management at TVH, you will report directly to the Chief People Officer and lead the Global Change Center of Excellence. You will play a pivotal role in shaping and implementing a compelling, holistic vision and approach to Change Management across the organization. You will guide a dedicated team of Change experts to ensure TVH and its people are ready, resilient, and enabled for the organizational changes and transformation agenda required to secure our future success.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategy & Vision
1. Develop and drive the Change Management vision and strategy in line with TVH’s overall mission and strategic priorities.
2. Ensure change approaches are scalable and aligned with both global and regional business needs.
3. Oversee, build and prioritize the portfolio of change projects, allocating resources effectively to high-impact initiatives.
2. Change Framework & Execution
4. Lead the Change Management CoE, optimizing Change methodologies, tools, and processes to support consistent and effective change delivery.
5. Guide major transformation programs, ensuring people, structures, and processes adapt successfully to new ways of working.
6. Serve as a thought leader and subject matter expert on organizational change, advising executive and senior leadership on best practices and potential risks.
7. Partner with and manage Third Parties for Change Management Services
3. Organizational Enablement & Capability Building
8. Build change capability across TVH through training, coaching, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
9. Foster a culture of resilience, agility, and empowerment to enable employees to embrace and thrive through change.
4. Stakeholder Engagement & Communication
10. Partner with business leaders, HR, and functional teams to drive alignment and ensure smooth adoption of change initiatives.
11. Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and represent TVH externally in change management networks and forums.
5. Leadership & Performance
12. Lead, develop, and inspire the Change team, ensuring objectives are clear and performance is continuously improved.
13. Develop and manage the global change management budget and resource plan
14. Monitor impact and success of change initiatives
15. Member of the HR Leadership Team actively contributing to the overall People and HR Strategy and roadmap
Your Profile
16. Master’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field.
17. Proven track record in leading large-scale change management initiatives in international and complex environments.
18. Strong expertise in change management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
19. Strategic and analytical mindset with the ability to translate vision into actionable execution.
20. Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills at all organizational levels.
21. Inspirational leader with experience in building and developing high-performing teams.
22. Resilient, agile, and future-oriented, with a passion for enabling people to succeed through change.
23. Fluent in English and Dutch ; additional languages are a plus.
