is looking for a
Supply Chain Manager
to lead and structure the supply chain strategy.
Key responsibilities Define and implement the
supply chain roadmap, translating strategy into an actionable annual plan Lead and deliver
transformation and improvement projects
across the division Analyze and optimize the supply chain (processes, workforce planning, operating methods) Act as a
subject matter expert in supply chain, supporting and advising plant managers Drive
collaboration across sites and divisions, ensuring alignment and efficiency Contribute to cross-functional platforms and represent operations at group level Work closely with senior stakeholders and report directly to the division leadership
Your profile Proven experience in supply chain within an industrial environment Experience in
change management and transformation projects Strong
analytical mindset
with the ability to handle complex environments Proactive, structured and solution-oriented Excellent
communication and stakeholder management skills Fluent in
Dutch and French
(essential for collaboration) Knowledge of
ERP systems (SAP is a plus)
