The Position
As part of our ongoing growth, we are looking for a Project Manager to join our teams and work on client projects located in Charleroi.
As a Project Manager, your main responsibilities will include:
* Leading and overseeing railway sector projects from initiation to completion
* Managing stakeholder expectations and ensuring seamless communication between teams
* Defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables aligned with client needs
* Monitoring project progress, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets
* Identifying and mitigating risks throughout the project lifecycle
* Coordinating interdisciplinary teams and fostering collaboration
Your Profile
* Master’s degree in engineering (preferably in Civil Engineering) or equivalent
* 2+ years of experience in project management, ideally within the railway sector
* Strong proficiency in French and English
* Experience with project management tools
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
* Knowledge of railway industry standards and regulations is an asset
