Job Description
* Draft, review, and negotiate commercial and ICT contracts, including cloud and outsourcing agreements.
* Lead legal counsel on AI projects.
* Provide legal advice on commercial law and ICT‑related matters.
* Advise on GDPR compliance and manage data protection agreements.
* Maintain and update privacy statements and internal policies.
* Support incident response for data breaches and collaborate with DPO and ISO teams.
* Monitor and interpret new regulations (DORA, AI Act, cybersecurity) and assess impact on operations.
* Ensure compliance with EU and Belgian laws in ICT and digital services.
The Successful Applicant
* Belgian Master's degree in law.
* Minimum 4‑5 years of experience specializing in ICT law, data protection, and commercial contracting.
* Strong analytical and risk assessment skills.
* Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
* Tech‑savvy with interest in emerging technologies.
* Fluent in English, Dutch, and French.
