About the Role
In this position you are responsible for developing and implementing the marketing plan and activities for our brands in Incontinence, Tissue and Beauty Care. You will drive this in line with the global strategy and regional marketing priorities to secure the achievement of our targets for the region.
The position is based in Diegem.
What You Will Do
1. Analyze the market & brand results (sell-in /sell out) and share insights from consumers/customers to recommend any corrective action.
2. Participate to the marketing strategy elaboration of the categories (Incontinence, Tissue and Beauty Care).
3. Work on the annual marketing plan to create profitable growth and support the brands, accordingly to the strategy defined globally & in the business unit
4. Participate to marketing budget management and recommend its allocations depending on the different marketing activities (media, promotion…). Elaborate, set up and evaluate (ROI) of all the marketing actions in a specific timing/budget.
5. Adapt communication material to local needs to assure a pertinent and efficient communication.
6. Manage the setting of product (re)launches.
7. Participate to sales forecast/product to reach volume objectives.
8. Be the interface for customer marketing, sales, logistics, factory teams on the projects.
9. Look for all opportunities to increase the P&L of the category.
Who You Are
10. Experience in marketing
11. You have completed a higher education degree
12. Fluent in French and preferably a good knowledge of Dutch and English, both spoken and written
13. At least 3 years of relevant work experience
14. Communicative skills
15. Analytical and strategic strength
16. Flexible, driven, proactive, team player, and energetic
