We are seeking a ServiceNow Consultant with AI expertise to design and implement AI-driven solutions on the ServiceNow platform, focusing on AI Agents, automation, and workflow optimization.
The Role
* Configure and customize ServiceNow AI features (e.g., AI Agent Studio, Predictive Intelligence, Virtual Agent) to enhance ITSM, HR, CSM, or SecOps workflows.
* Build and integrate AI Agents using Flow Designer, APIs, and LLMs for autonomous task execution and multi-agent orchestration.
* Gather business requirements and translate them into AI-driven solutions.
* Test, deploy, and optimize AI Agents, ensuring compliance and performance.
* Provide training, documentation, and troubleshooting for stakeholders.
Qualifications
* 5+ years in ServiceNow development/administration; 1–2+ years with AI/ML features (e.g., Now Assist, Predictive Intelligence).
* Certifications: ServiceNow CSA, CAD, or Implementation Specialist (ITSM, HR, etc.); AI-related certifications a plus.
* Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
