Job description
Responsibilities:
1. Maintain and improve the Quality Management System, including documentation practices, CAPAs, trend analysis, and internal audits.
2. Lead and support quality inspections, audits (internal, customer, regulatory), and self-inspections.
3. Review and approve quality-related documents, including SOPs, protocols, and specifications.
4. Conduct risk assessments and root cause analyses for quality and logistics complaints.
5. Train QC personnel and contribute to the development of training materials and quality guidelines.
6. Monitor third-party service providers for compliance with quality standards.
7. Report on quality system performance, regulatory inspection outcomes, and product/process risks.
8. Stay current with industry best practices and regulatory changes.
9. Assessing customer requirements and ensuring that these are met.
Your profile
10. Bachelor degree with (a first) experience in a logistics environment
11. Professional English required, Dutch is a strong plus
12. High attention to detail, integrity, and a proactive, problem-solving mindset
