Your role
We are looking for an ambitious Brand Manager for our brand Imperial.
As a Brand Manager, you are curious and eager to understand the consumer. You actively search for new ideas, speak up about the opportunities you see, and have the drive to bring them to life together with the team. You are a true project leader. You enjoy bringing people together and take shared responsibility for timely and accurate alignment to ensure strong execution. You will work closely with colleagues from Sales, Trade & Category Management, Digital, Supply Chain & Controlling.
In this role, you will be fully integrated into the Dr. Oetker Belgium marketing team and you will report to the Senior Product Manager.
What will you do?
* Develop and execute annual brand plans, including positioning, communication, and activation strategies
* Lead innovation projects from concept to launch, based on consumer insights and market trends
* Manage relationships with creative, media, and research agencies
* Analyze brand performance using market data (e.g., Nielsen, YouGovI) and translate insights into actionable recommendations
* Oversee campaign development across digital and offline channels
* Monitor competitive activity and identify growth opportunities
* Manage brand budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources
* Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure flawless execution
What do you bring?
* A bachelor’s or master’s degree, preferably in a commercial field
* At least 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in FMCG
* Strong analytical skills and understanding of a product P&L
* Knowledge of Nielsen and YouGov is a strong asset
* Native proficiency in Dutch or French, with a good command of the second national language and English
* You have a proactive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a healthy dose of persuasiveness, enabling you to work well both independently and in a team.
* Demonstrated expertise in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
* You combine analytical thinking with creativity and communicate ideas clearly and convincingly.
