Role Description
This is a hybrid co‑founder role for Sales and Marketing based in Bornem, with some flexibility to work from home. As a Sales and Marketing Co‑Founder, you will lead and develop the company’s sales and marketing strategies, build and manage client relationships, and oversee the creation of marketing campaigns. You will play a key role in identifying new business development opportunities, negotiating partnerships, and driving brand awareness. You will also work closely with other co‑founders to shape the company’s vision and growth trajectory.
Qualifications
* Experience in Sales and Business Development, with abilities in client acquisition, relationship management, and strategic partnerships.
* Skilled in Digital Marketing, Brand Strategy, and Campaign Management to drive customer engagement and growth.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Proficient in Market Analysis and Business Planning to identify new opportunities and develop actionable strategies.
* Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work in a fast‑paced, start‑up environment.
* Proven leadership experience, particularly in managing teams or projects.
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
