For us lasting trusted relationships are everything, both with our teams and our clients. /ph3The Opportunity /h3h3In This Role You Will /h3ulliPartner closely with the Project Director to support overall project delivery. /liliBe a visible safety leader onsite, actively participating in the day-to-day health and safety management, as well as safety auditing. /liliAssist with the required project closeout processes and documentation and ensure expectations are met to receive approval to close the project. /liliWork with key partners to ensure all variations are captured and costs issued to the client. /liliEnsure resources are appropriate to meet current and future commitments and to maximise opportunities. /liliLead and attend key meetings to monitor progress, actively collaborate on solving problems and communicate impacts to partners. /liliLiaise with key partners in QA, Commissions and EHS to ensure excellent project delivery. /liliManagement of works contractor activities including tracking progress against schedule and labour levels. /liliLead overall construction as part of a client team with particular emphasis on logistics and handover. /liliMonitor the day-to-day activities in the field, managing the flow of information, and reporting and tracking issues arising from progress, quality and safety. /li /ulh3We Would Love To Hear From You If You /h3ulliAre an experienced construction manager on large scale construction projects with increasing levels of leadership. /liliHave a degree or comparable experience in Construction Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying or similar construction related discipline. /liliHave strong knowledge of the full design and construction process. /liliHave a professional certification, or are seeking one.
