As a Management Assistant, you play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless operational, administrative, and legal support for our partners and directors. You facilitate efficient workflows, deliver high-quality service, and contribute to a modern digital workplace.

Your Key Responsibilities
Operational & Digital Excellence
1. Work with digital tools such as Microsoft 365, Teams, and SharePoint.
2. Maintain and update the CRM system as needed (opportunities and contacts).
3. Oversee engagement maintenance in an SAP environment, including opening engagements, invoicing, closing engagements, and updating roles.
4. Support business development tasks.
5. Assist with billing and help prepare administrative reports.
Quality & Risk Management
6. Assist with Quality and Risk Management processes, including client/engagement acceptance, collecting and uploading anti-money laundering (AML) information in the AML database, and finalizing engagement agreements.
7. Efficiently manage the electronic filing database.
8. Maintain documents using Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Communication & Stakeholder Engagement
9. Support partners and directors in workload management and priority tracking.
10. Sort, screen, and prioritize incoming correspondence, drafting responses where appropriate and flagging key actions.
Planning & Coordination
11. Manage calendars and schedule both internal and external meetings.
12. Organize meetings, including invitations, registrations, logistics, and follow-up.
13. Monitor deadlines, priorities, and workload for partners and directors.
Your Profile
14. You hold a bachelor’s degree in Legal Practice, Office Management, or a related field, or you have built equivalent experience in a legal or professional services environment.
15. You have a flexible, tech-enabled way of working.
16. You are fluent in English and either Dutch or French, in both oral and written communication.
17. You thrive in a fast-changing environment, can handle shifting priorities with ease, and feel confident working independently.
18. You are comfortable serving as the first point of contact among different teams and providing guidance on internal tools and procedures as you continue to develop your expertise.
19. You are proactive, solution-focused, and can work efficiently towards deadlines.
20. You are stress-resistant and willing to work flexibly.
