Tasks and Qualifications:
Tasks:
As Project Controller for our Customer Service Devision, you will consolidate and will be responsible of the following topics for a specific Market:
1. Accounting & Compliance
2. Project Control and Risk Management
3. Reporting & Analysis
4. Conducts Month-end results validation and management reporting at Market level
5. Drives improvements and actively manages change in his / her area of responsibility
6. Assists MU Execution Market Leader with reviewing calculations and provides guidance as it relates to pricing Change Orders/Claims.
7. Determines and presents the financial performance of projects at a P&L level (including CO, PVR, Volume impacts, and As-sold vs. As-executed/NCCs). Active participation in the Auditing process (internal/external) as responsible for the specific country/market
8. Interprets project financial data and trends and then draws conclusions for further action / follow-up.
9. Reviews project performance vs forecast and clearly articulates root cause of variance (after closing).
10. Drives cashflow performance; specifically:
11. Ensures the billing plan reflects with the execution schedules,
12. Issues invoices asap when milestones achieved,
13. Drives action concerning overdue Accounts Receivable
14. Ensure the respect of the quality Standard and Consistency of the figures reported
Qualifications:
15. Bachelor Degree in Finance / Economics
16. Financial / POC Accounting know-how
17. Career progression with a minimum of 2 years
18. Very good communication skills in cross functional and international exchange
19. Solution oriented / self-reliant problem solving
20. Fluent English, dutch is a big asset
