Reporting to the Principal, the role involves supporting the Principal and acting as backup for the Clerk to the Board if needed.
Duties Include
1. Managing the Principal's diary, appointments, and deadlines.
2. Handling the Principal's email correspondence and follow-ups.
3. Preparing internal and external communications.
4. Coordinating projects and delegated tasks.
5. Organizing travel, meetings, and hosting visitors.
6. Providing administrative support to leadership and committees.
7. Liaising with external contacts.
8. Organizing school events related to the Principal.
9. Managing the Whole School Calendar.
10. Attending events outside regular hours.
11. Potentially coordinating administration across departments.

* Minimum 5 years experience in similar roles.
