Make your mark for patients. We are looking for a Clinical Supply Partnering Business Lead who is strategic, collaborative, and solution-oriented to join our Development and Clinical Supply team, based at our UCB campus located in Braine-l'Alleud, Belgium.
What You Will Do
* You will lead the development of sustainable and agile partnerships across a global network of vendors and suppliers.
* You will ensure clinical trial needs are met through strategic sourcing, governance, and collaboration, driving operational excellence and innovation in clinical supply.
* You will define and implement optimal vendor strategies for clinical trials.
* You will be responsible for negotiating and managing business agreements.
* You will manage vendor governance and performance oversight.
* You will lead cross-functional vendor teams to deliver trial-specific solutions.
* You will act as the main contact for audits and inspections at vendor sites.
* You will represent UCB externally and build benchmarking networks.
Who You Will Work With
* You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including Procurement, Legal, Operations, and Quality Assurance.
* You’ll also engage with external vendors, internal stakeholders across Global Clinical, Development Operations, and Global Medical Affairs, and represent UCB at international forums.
Qualifications
* You hold a Master’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
* You bring proven experience in vendor management and clinical supply.
* You have strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
* You are fluent in English, both written and spoken.
* You demonstrate project leadership and cross-functional collaboration.
* You are process-oriented, analytical, and thrive in dynamic environments.
