role As a Sales Engineer, you act as the technical expert advising
customers across Flanders and providing tailored total solutions.
You are responsible for increasing market share within your
customer portfolio by proactively offering custom solutions. You
optimize the Total Cost of Ownership and closely collaborate with
internal teams and suppliers to achieve the best outcomes. What you
will do: - Market developer: together with Internal Sales and
Account Management, you strategically build market position and
identify new opportunities. - Customer-specific solutions: you
translate customer needs into technical solutions, backed by your
expertise and product knowledge. - Innovation and development: you
keep up with the latest trends in the gasket segment, share
knowledge, and work with Application Engineers, R&D, and
production. - Communication: you maintain strong relationships with
colleagues and partners and proactively visit customers. Your
profile - Minimum 3 years’ experience in a technical-commercial
role - Experience with gaskets is a plus - Bachelor’s degree in a
technical field - Proficient in Dutch and English; French is a
strong asset - Broad technical knowledge and independent working
