We are looking for a: SENIOR SCRUM MASTER (REMOTE)

We are looking for a Senior Scrum Master which will help the Scrum Team, help the Product Owner and support the Organization building great products and services for a global company in the insurance sector.
> Mandatory Skills And Experience?
* Higher education in the fields of engineering, science, economics, or marketing
* More than 5 years of experience dedicated exclusively to project management as a scrum master, especially using Atlassian suite tools such as Jira
* Have managed multidisciplinary teams (systems, back-end, front-end, etc.) as a scrum master for at least 3 years, with teams of more than 10 developers, measuring metrics such as burndown, velocity, backlog management, closing and opening sprints through retros and ceremonies, etc.
> Technologies?
* Jira, Trello, Slack, MS Teams, Azure DevOps, Bitbucket, Miro, MS Office
> Desirable (highly valued)?
* Knowledge of Bitbucket, Git, and in general any programming language to connect with Jira tasks and understand the work ecosystem
> LANGUAGES?
* Fluent Spanish
* Fluent English
* German (highly valued but not mandatory)
