Senior Project Officer - Service Management
This is an exciting opportunity to take on a challenging role as a Senior Project Officer, where you will be responsible for managing services and processes in a large IT environment.
The successful candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in a similar field and be fluent in English, French, and Dutch. They will also have strong organizational insights and the ability to see the overall picture, with a structured approach and result-driven attitude.
The ideal candidate will have experience in project coordination, Microsoft 365 tools, and Agile Way of working. They will also be familiar with various IT systems and have a strong understanding of end-user tools and software.
We are looking for a proactive and customer-oriented individual who can work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly and diplomatically. The bonus skills we are looking for include experience in Service Management Tools (Service Now), Asset Management Database (CMDB - HAM), and Automation skills (PowerPlatform).
In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring and evaluating supplier performance, identifying and managing risks and issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring that deliverables meet quality standards and requirements.
You will also be responsible for collecting and analyzing data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and areas for cost reduction. Additionally, you will offer training and support to stakeholders, including suppliers, to ensure they understand organizational processes and procedures.
