We're hiring an Operations Shift Manager to reinforce and support our Operations teams.
Your role:
You are a natural leader, guiding and inspiring a multidisciplinary team to successfully deliver the production plan.
You make things happen, turning weekly planning into a clear daily schedule and deploying the right people and resources to get the job done.
As a coach and motivator, you ensure flawless execution, support your team's growth, and directly impact the success of our operations.
In this role you report to the Operations Manager and Operations Director.
Your profile :
You are both a leader and a team player, able to inspire while collaborating with others.
*ou bring expertise, holding a Bachelor or Master in Electromechanics with 3-5 years of relevant experience in an industrial environment.
You have strong people management skills and the drive to take on new challenges with confidence.
You are analytical and resilient, thriving under pressure and keeping a sharp focus on deadlines.
You are communicative and fluent in Dutch, French and English.
You are flexible, ready to work in shifts (Monday to Friday: 6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm).
