Your Responsibilities:
As a Software Leader, you will play a central role in the design and development of embedded software solutions. Your main tasks will include:
Participating in the definition of software specifications and architecture in collaboration with rail system experts.
Defining and managing technical specifications and subsystem requirements.
Supporting and contributing to the development processes, tools, and methods.
Providing technical support to the integration team.
Actively contributing to the development of software for tomorrow's transportation systems.
Profile / Requirements :
Your Profile – Must-Haves:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Software, Electronics, Industrial Engineering, or similar).
Minimum 3 years of experience in software development with C/C++ and/or working in Linux environments.
Prior experience or a strong interest in taking on a leadership role.
Fluent in English and French, both spoken and written.

Fast learner, autonomous and resilient.
Nice to Have:
Knowledge of ERTMS Level 2 is a strong asset.
Previous experience in leadership roles, particularly in railway signaling systems, automotive, aerospace, or avionics.
Familiarity with version control systems (ideally Git or GitLab).
Strong engineering fundamentals: graph reading, SI units, kinematics, etc.
