Make your mark for patients. We are looking for a MSAT Bio DS Technology Transfer Expert based in Braine-l’Alleud, Belgium.
About The Role
As a MSAT Bio DS Technology Transfer expert, you will support technology transfers and commercial-scale process validations for final mammalian biotechnological manufacturing processes. You will manage transitions between commercial manufacturing facilities and between Clinical Manufacturing and internal or external facilities, providing documentation and ensuring compliance and optimal performance. You will drive continuous improvements and play a key technical expert throughout the product lifecycle.
Who You Will Work With
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including Quality Assurance, CMC-Development, Industrial Leads, Analytical Transfer & QC Readiness teams. You will also be in contact with external partners and manufacturing sites, ensuring alignment and compliance across global operations.
What You Will Do
* Support technology transfer activities and implement process control strategies with stakeholders.
* Write risk assessments, protocols, and technical reports for Tech Transfer and validation runs.
* Coordinate sampling, analyses, and adherence to project timelines.
* Act as process expert post-transfer, owning documentation and supporting lifecycle management.
* Support Health Authority inspections and ensure compliance with cGMP requirements.
* Identify and implement process improvements and cost optimization initiatives within approved parameters.

* Master’s degree in biology, biotechnology, or related life sciences.
* Strong understanding of biotechnological manufacturing processes and validation principles.
* Excellent communication skills in English and French, both written and spoken.
* Ability to manage complex projects, prioritize tasks, and make decisions under pressure.
* Proficiency in MS Office tools and basic knowledge of statistics.
* Strong leadership, problem-solving, and collaboration skills with a proactive mindset.
