In our team, we focus on delivering Corporate Performance Management tools to our clients. You will work collaboratively with clients to design, implement and manage solutions that digitize and reinvent their financial processes. We are an international team with international clients, providing a rich mix of cultures and travel opportunities. We are committed to continual learning and development, supported by various learning opportunities. Our team includes experts in Solution Architects, Project/Program Managers, Business Analysts and Developers, with room for specialist and generalist team members. We are looking for junior profiles to reinforce our team as from the 24th of August ‘26.
Your Responsibilities
* Software Selection: Leverage our global software alliances and deep functional and technical knowledge to guide clients in choosing the right technology. Work closely with clients to capture strategy and vision and translate it into elements for the right selection.
* Streamline Processes: Our mixed-skilled consultants in Finance and IT map processes and propose best-in-class approaches for Financial closing, Planning, Budgeting and forecasting. Develop these skills and work with expert colleagues.
* Implement Solutions: With deep CPM implementation experience and large global IT projects, design, build and test applications to help clients manage performance, including backend data flows and dashboarding/reporting. Projects include project management, master data management and data integration, blending technical and functional skills.
* Data Management, Architecture, Migration and Integration: Provide foundational layers for enterprise data accessibility, covering data sourcing/integration, data hub, data lake, data warehousing, data modelling, master data management, data rationalization and migration.
* Data Quality and Governance: Develop an organization that treats data as a critical enterprise asset, sourcing quality data for business use and regulatory compliance. This includes fitness-for-purpose assessments, data remediation and establishing strategy, roles, policies and processes for data lifecycle management.
* BI Reporting and Business Analytics design, architecture and implementation: Enterprise and departmental levels, including data visualization and the end-to-end analytics and reporting lifecycle from advisory/strategy to vendor selection, design and implementation.
* Participation in client engagement teams regarding the implementation and maintenance of primarily BI/EPM projects (3-5 EY team members), back-end and front-end reporting and dashboards creation.
* Translate functional requirements into technical specifications; analyze technical requirements; develop and implement function modules, interfaces, reports, transactions, etc.; test and maintain developments; document developments and collaborate on testing scenarios and user manuals; and perform performance tuning.

* Qualifications: You are a last-year Master student in Information Technology, Engineering, Applied Economics, Commercial Science, Computer Science, Commercial Engineering, Business Engineering or related. A Manama degree or MBA is a plus.
* You have excellent English communication skills and are fluent in either Dutch or French.
* You demonstrate proficiency in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
* You have strong analytical, reporting and presentation skills and are results oriented.
