Do you want full ownership of a global Azure cloud platform and help teams move faster without losing control?
We’re looking for a Cloud Center of Excellence (CCoE) Lead who sets direction, strengthens governance, and brings operational stability. You’ll work closely with Security, IAM, and Network, guide external partners, and translate cloud capabilities into business outcomes that actually land.
Where you’ll make impact
* Strengthen Azure governance and platform standards (speed + control)
* Improve operational stability with clear ITSM ownership and escalation paths
* Build a high-performing CCoE team with predictable delivery and continuous improvement
* Tighten collaboration with Security, IAM, and Network to reduce friction and risk
* Drive vendor/MSP performance: SLAs, escalations, invoicing control, service evolution
What you’ll own
* Cloud strategy & platform governance (Azure): architecture, standards, scalability, security & compliance
* CCoE leadership: coaching, servant leadership, agile delivery, stakeholder alignment
* Vendor & MSP management: SLA follow-up, invoicing control, escalations, service evolution
* Cloud adoption & enablement: documentation, training materials, ambassador across teams
* IT Service Management: incident/request, change/problem, monitoring, knowledge, CMDB
What we’re looking for
* Senior experience owning/leading a large-scale Azure platform (IaaS/PaaS/serverless)
* Strong vendor management (MSP + critical infrastructure)
* Proven people leadership in complex, international environments
* You translate technical capabilities into clear business value
* Solid ITSM understanding (ITIL is a plus)
* Fluent English (Dutch is a nice-to-have)
