By joining our team, you’ll grow your expertise with cutting-edge technologies in a dynamic and people-first environment.Main MissionIn close collaboration with Project Managers (PMs) and Customers, the Contract Owner is responsible for the technical and contractual management of Piping, Supports, and Structures packages—from the definition of requirements to final site acceptance.Responsibilities1. Technical definition & procurement managementGather technical inputs from various departments (Safety, System, Layout, Calculation, etc.)Draft Technical Requisition Files and define the scope of workLaunch and manage calls for tenders (technical & commercial)Evaluate supplier bids and select offers based on both technical and commercial criteriaDraft the Purchase Proposal Note and defend it in the monthly review committee2. Follow-up of engineering and fabricationSupervise the contractor’s detailed design: precise on-site measurements, welding plan (workshop vs. site), support design, etc.Review and validate (or coordinate with other departments for) drawings, calculation notes, welding proceduresFollow manufacturing in close cooperation with the Quality Control (QC) team3. On-site executionParticipate in on-site activities 2–3 times per year Supervise contractors during on-site works and lead daily meetings with the client and suppliersCoordinate with internal QC teams and ensure compliance with project specificationsMaintain technical oversight and leadership during execution phase4. Project closureOversee the completion of the As-Built documentation and Manufacturer’s FileEnsure provisional and final acceptance of the project deliverables5. Cross-functional supportAssist PMs and customers during meetings with Safety AuthoritiesAct as technical expert in piping, supports, and structures – including applicable codes and standardsProfile Mechanical or Electromechanical EngineerStrong knowledge of piping systems, mechanical equipment, supports and structuresFamiliarity with national and international technical codes and standardsUnderstanding of Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) methodsAbility to draft technical specifications, reports, and synthesis documentsInterest in economic analysis, design, manufacturing, and site operationsExperience in the nuclear industry is an assetFluent in French, Dutch, and English (spoken & written)VCA and BA4 certification
