🎓 Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
* Proven experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and financial analysis
* Strong understanding of compliance and regulatory frameworks
* Experience managing accounts payable and receivable
* Full professional fluency in Spanish and English (spoken and written)
* Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and analytical skills
* Strong communication and teamwork abilities
* Bonus: CPA, CFA, or previous experience in fintech or climate tech
🛠️ Technical Skills (Must-Have or Strongly Preferred)
* Advanced proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets (financial models, dashboards, macros, etc.)
* Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Odoo, SAP, NetSuite, or similar)
* Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, Holded)
* Understanding of SaaS metrics and startup KPIs (MRR, CAC, runway, burn rate, etc.)
* Ability to collaborate with product and tech teams using data reporting tools (e.g., Looker, Power BI, Tableau – optional)
* Experience working with or tracking ESG/climate impact metrics is a strong plus
* Comfortable working in a startup/tech-driven environment, adapting to tools quickly,
