Customer Success Executive We are looking for a hands-on Customer Success Executive to join our team. You will ensure that our customers are happy with our products and services. You will develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, liaise between the customer and internal teams, and provide exceptional customer service. What are your superpowers? Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers Proactively engage with customers to ensure they are successful in using our products and services Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders Work closely with internal teams to ensure that the customer needs are being met, and communicate customer feedback to relevant stakeholders Develop and implement customer success plans, including onboarding, training, and ongoing support Monitor customer usage data and proactively identify opportunities for improvement or upsell Act as a superhero for the customer within the organization Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner Meet and exceed customer retention and satisfaction targets What are they looking for? 3 years of experience in customer success or account management roles Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal teams Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to proactively identify and resolve customer issues Proven track record of meeting and exceeding customer retention and satisfaction targets Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team, in a fast-paced environment Passion for customer success and desire to exceed customer expectations What are your core tasks?
