Sales Manager Urban Climate Resilience to join us in Belgium, Wavin

Senior Advisor is to combine engineering know-how with business
sense to help our customers and instruct the Project Support office
or UCR Design & Engineering. Major focus on shaping the client
vision in the market, create opportunities to sell the integrated
UCR solutions, and support customers through the design phase of
their projects. Build and share market intelligence understanding
of customers, markets, competitors, products, and applications
taking a strategic role in the development of our solution
portfolio & products. Main responsibilities: - Position Wavin
as relevant partner for decision makers in the stormwater
management environment - Act as trusted advisor on climate
resilience for our clients and stormwater management - Drive the
execution of the UCR go-to-market strategy in the country - Design
and calculate on project level - Guide and support the sales team
to secure the achievement of objectives in terms of market
position, growth and profitability - Accountable for own sales
results and Individual Sellar Plan - Proactively seeks and realizes
new business opportunities - Utilizes CRM as a tool to manage the
UCR business in the country. Keeps customer accounts updated, logs
regular F2F meetings for target accounts and shares account
development progress - Plan and work according to SAMBA methodology
and apply the relevant tools in the different phases, coaching
sales team members - Responsible for building up a solid project
pipeline within the UCR business - Act as the technical point of
contact for the sales team and customers, coordinate technical
request and solve issues - Build and share market intelligence –
understanding of customers, markets, competitors, products, and
applications - Translate from legislative text to business language
and propositions (and vice versa) - Positive engagement towards
Health and Safety following all guidelines Our requirements: -
M.Sc. relevant to one or more solution areas, e.g. hydraulic
engineering, civil engineering, stormwater management, water
treatment, urban planning, or similar field - 7+ years of relevant
professional experience as (technical / commercial) - Experienced
technical professional and have worked for example at engineering
companies, or end-client’s engineering teams. - Technical
background and experience in design, evaluation and construction of
stormwater management or similar Urban Climate Resilience systems -
Can inspire and transform client pains into demand – you have
experience in interacting with clients on their technical level and
a proven track-record of winning projects and understanding full
project scopes - Proficiency with both CRM, project management and
PowerPoint, Excel - Knowledge of the local market opportunities and
challenges - Team player, motivator and excellent communicator with
