About Our Client
Our client is evolving in the FMCG world. The office for this specific position is based in Brussels.
Job Description
As "Customer Service & Logistics Coordinator" at our client, you will be in charge of the following responsibilities:
* Oversee end-to-end order processing.
* Ensure punctual and accurate order handling and documentation.
* Manage order processing, EDI orders.
* Plan and coordinate transportation.
* Ensure proper coordination and follow-up of shipments.
* Handle administration and invoicing.
* Provide feedback to customers through various channels (email, phone, EDI).
* Manage the collaboration with specific subcontractors, in accordance with the SLAs.
The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate for this specific "Customer Service & Logistics Coordinator" position would have the following skills:
* Ideally you have a bachelor or a master.
* You have at least 4 years of experience in logistics or customer service roles.
* An experience in a multicultural / international work environment is a great plus.
* You are an advanced knowledge of MS Suite & ideally SAP.
* Fluency in English and either Dutch or French.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Team player mindset.
