Following recent system implementation and operational changes, the business is seeking a hands-on operational leader to improve efficiency, drive alignment across teams, and enhance overall customer experience.

Lead multiple operational functions, including service delivery, warehouse/logistics, installations, and project executionAlign teams that have historically operated independently, improving cross-functional collaborationDefine, track, and optimise KPIs to enhance productivity, service levels, and operational performanceImprove customer satisfaction through more consistent and efficient service deliveryStrengthen coordination between field operations, supply chain, and customer-facing teamsImplement structured processes for issue resolution and service quality improvement
Supply Chain & Operational EfficiencyOptimise stock management, parts availability, and distribution processesImprove planning, scheduling, and resource allocation across operations
