About the role
Transformation Management Consultant – Atos
You will work on complex and innovative projects, transforming the digital business of our international clients. You will engage directly with C‑level executives and design innovative solutions that deliver direct, real‑world impact.
Responsibilities
* Lead and execute digital transformation projects across cloud, application architecture, and IT operating models.
* Advise C‑level executives on strategy, and design solutions that transform the client’s business.
* Participate in portfolio development, thought‑leadership activities, and sales support.
* Drive continuous professional development and share knowledge through training and mentoring.
* Travel to clients internationally as required.
Qualifications
* Master’s degree or equivalent with strong IT orientation (e.g., IT & Business Information Management, Informatics, Business Administration).
* More than 6 years of consulting experience in complex IT transformations, enterprise/application architecture or business platform environments.
* Experience in business development at the CIO/IT management level.
* Fluency in Dutch and English (written and oral).
* Willingness to travel internationally.
* Certification in DevOps, ITIL, ITSM, SAP, Cloud technologies (highly desirable).
* Current primary residence in Belgium.
