We’re now launching a brand-new Workplace Solutions Business Unit, focused on home offices and hybrid work environments — and we’re recruiting the leader who will build it from scratch.

Your Mission
As Head of Workplace Solutions, you act as the founder of this BU. You define the strategy, craft the offer, and scale it across Europe. Working directly with Shari, you’ll collaborate across all teams to build a high-performing engine that serves SMEs to global companies.
What You’ll Lead
Build & Scale the Business Unit
Own the vision, roadmap, and P&L
Define the offer, pricing, and commercial playbooks
Lead execution end-to-end
Go-to-Market Strategy
Develop a competitive GTM for B2B clients
Identify segments, opportunities, and priority markets
Craft compelling value propositions for each customer profile
Market & Sector Expertise
Track trends in hybrid work, ergonomics, sustainability, and workspace design
Spot market gaps and turn insights into strategic initiatives
Tools, Processes & Enablement
Equip sales with top-notch tools, docs, and data
Build efficient, scalable operational workflows
Cross-Functional Leadership
Work closely with sales, marketing, sourcing, tech, and operations
Ensure seamless execution and a premium customer experience
Product & Tech Excellence
Evaluate furniture, suppliers, materials, and innovations
Ensure our solutions meet design, durability, and operational standards
Partnerships & Brand Presence
Build impactful industry partnerships
Represent Enky at fairs, salons, and professional events
What You Bring
Workplace/Office expertise — office furniture, B2B workplaces, workspace consulting, or interior design experience
Strategic Operator — vision, prioritization, and on-the-ground execution
Entrepreneurial DNA — comfortable building from scratch
Multilingual — English required; additional languages are a strong plus
Cross-functional fluency — able to navigate sales, marketing, product, sourcing, and ops
Design sensibility — experience with architecture, concept stores, or interior design is a bonus
Location — ideally Paris-based; travel expected
