We are looking for a Data Analytics Technology Architecture Lead who is curious, forward-thinking, and collaborative to join us in our Digital Technology Strategy and Solutions team, based in our offices in Brussels/Braine l'Alleud, Belgium.
About the role
You will lead the design and technical direction of analytics solutions. Your work will help our organization to use data more effectively, ensuring our foundations are robust, scalable, secure, and future proof. You will guide innovation, strengthen data practices in the context of generative AI, and enable teams to unlock the full value of analytics.
Who you'll work with
You will be working in a team that partners with experts across technology, analytics, and business functions. You will collaborate closely with data specialists, solution designers, leaders and partners of the Analytics Centre of Excellence, ensuring alignment, strong governance, and consistent high-quality delivery of analytics solutions and innovations.
What you'll do
* Collaborate, review and approve functional designs related to analytics data solutions
* Lead innovation initiatives
* Provide technical leadership in data architecture, modelling, governance, and quality
* Take ownership of delivery of solutions to ensure performance, reliability, and compliance while ensuring they are scalable, secure, and cost-efficient
* Guide stakeholders to adopt best-in-class data and analytics approaches
* As technology in the analytics space is rapidly evolving, you will contribute in assessing how new capabilities can drive value for the analytics CoE and its stakeholders
Interested? For this role we're looking for the following education, experience and skills
* Master's degree in business, technology, or a related field
* 5 to 8 years of experience delivering complex digital or analytics solutions
* Strong experience in analytics solution design and data modelling
* Data and Analytics platforms technical understanding
* Data Engineering experience
* Clear understanding of product management and agile ways of working
* Strategic mindset with confident communication across business levels
* Hands-on experience with Snowflake, Informatica, Fabric and Databricks are a plus
