We are seeking a seasoned Program Manager with a strong background in software delivery and experience in public sector environments. The successful candidate will coordinate a portfolio of development projects, manage supplier collaboration, and ensure alignment with complex stakeholder ecosystems. This long-term, hybrid role is ideal for a bilingual (Dutch/French) professional based in Belgium who can work effectively within governmental structures and governance frameworks.Key Responsibilities:- Lead and coordinate a sub-program comprising multiple software development initiatives.- Manage interdependencies and collaboration across various external suppliers.- Engage and align with a wide range of stakeholders across public sector entities.- Oversee governance planning, preparation, and follow-up activities.- Monitor procurement processes and ensure alignment with project goals.- Ensure timely delivery, risk management, and progress reporting at the program level.Requirements:- Minimum 7–10 years of experience as a Program Manager or Senior Project Manager in software or IT environments.- Proven track record working with or within public sector organizations- Strong coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.- Fluent in Dutch and French.- Based in Belgium and available for a hybrid work setup.- Experience with governance structures and procurement cycles in public administration is a plus.
