What you’ll do
* Design, plan, and execute demand generation campaigns aimed at generating high-quality leads for our expert teams.
* Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and recruitment to engage the right audiences at the right moment.
* Build campaigns using tools such as Google Analytics, LeadInfo, Hubspot, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, email flows and create content like webinars and whitepapers.
* A/B test messages, visuals, and channels to continuously optimize conversion.
* Segment, enrich audiences create look-alike audiences
* Analyze results, adjust where needed, and continuously improve based on data.
* Contribute to the further development of our digital funnel and content strategy.
What we’re looking for in you
* 3 to 5 years of experience in a demand generation or performance marketing role, preferably in a B2B environment.
* Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels and conversion-focused campaigns.
* A customer-focused, strategic, and data-driven mindset.
* Comfortable in a scalable environment with lots of freedom but also clear ownership.
* Experience with tools such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, GMP, LeadInfo, Webflow, LinkedIn Campaign Manager is a requirement.
* A bridge builder who easily connects content, sales, and data.
* You work result-oriented, think in terms of conversion, and continuously optimize.
* You understand the full funnel – from awareness to lead nurturing.
* You are analytical, yet also creative and pragmatic.
