JOB OVERVIEW Reporting to the Head of Odoo Services, you are responsible for structuring, coordinating and ensuring the quality of Odoo support activities, while remaining hands-on in day-to-day operations. You act as a key point of reference for both customers and internal teams on support-related topics, continuous improvement initiatives, and Odoo migrations. This Odoo Support Manager role will evolve into an Odoo Support Team Lead position. YOUR ROLE Structure and continuously improve the support organisation (processes, tools, priorities, SLAs). Deliver high-quality functional support (analysis, prioritisation, resolution and communication). Act as the main escalation point for complex or sensitive support cases. Work closely with Business Analysts, Project Managers and Developers. Monitor service quality, customer satisfaction and operational performance. Lead and coordinate Odoo migrations and upgrades for support customers.
