We are now looking for several freelance Senior Business Analysts & Transformation Experts who will drive with our team the shaping of our clients’ Service Transformation journey.
You will work with internal and client stakeholders across Field Service Operations, Finance and IT.
Your mission: scan, design, challenge and help implement the processes, governance and tools in line with the expected outcome and value in a well-known service company.
Geographical scope : Belgium & EU clients (some travel needed)
Your main responsibilities
* Map and analyse end‑to‑end Field Service Operations processes and downstream procedures (on‑boarding flows, work‑order handling, field execution, billing triggers).
* Capture feedback from employees, customers and technicians to identify pain points, improvement opportunities and quick wins.
* Build effort‑versus‑value matrix and contribute to build an improvement roadmap (short‑term quick wins & mid‑term initiatives).
* Define information‑management governance including archiving rules and a single source of truth via an AI‑powered “Our Client wiki.”
* Supported by FSM software expert, conduct a deep dive into the existing FSM software environment: evaluate current usage, data quality and automation potential; recommend enhancements.
* Translate business needs into clear functional requirements and user stories; collaborate with implementation partners and change leads during implementation.
* Support roll‑out of new processes and tools, including test planning, training materials and adoption tracking.
* Monitor KPIs to measure realised benefits and drive continuous improvement.
Profile we are looking for
* > 8 years of experience as a Senior Business Analyst or Consultant in service operations, field service or similar processes. Previous experience in a top consulting company is appreciated.
* Experience in reshaping organizations with new processes, organizations & KPIs. Lean Methods are a plus.
* Good understanding on how SAP/CRM/FSM/ERP platforms support operational processes
* Facilitation and stakeholder‑management skills; comfortable leading workshops in French and / or Dutch. English is mandatory.
* Structured, proactive and pragmatic; able to thrive in fast‑moving environments with high autonomy.
* Entrepreneurial spirit and desire to see ideas through from concept to implementation.
* You show Leadership, being able to build trust.
