Job Description
As a scientific support specialist, you will support the CMC analytical scientific integrator in project management, specifications, stability plans, data & documentation, sample management, budget, change control, and risk register activities. The analytical development scientific integrator (ADSI) is the single point of contact for analytical expertise in the new product development teams. The ADSI technical support role will assist the integrator with all project-related activities, including:
1. Specification setting support.
2. Change control execution, coordination, and follow-up.
3. Project action execution, coordination, and follow-up.
4. Scientific project data analysis and reporting.
5. Method transfer coordination.
Qualifications
6. Scientific background (MSc in Science or equivalent with experience in project management in CMC development).
7. Project management skills, planning, and organization.
8. Excellent communication skills in English.
9. Showing assertiveness in follow-up of requests and a proactive approach.
10. Ability to make clear summaries and work independently.
11. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel skills).
12. Knowledge of Client’s tools is an asset (Trackwise, Documentum, SharePoint, etc.).
Additional Information
13. A full-time (40hours/week) Monday – Friday job.
14. A Permanent contract with flexible working hours. (Can start between 7:00 and 9:30 am)
