As the ideal candidate, you are a proactive
procurement specialist
with experience in managing direct materials and packaging. If you are comfortable navigating complex supplier relationships and have a knack for strategic sourcing, this role could be an excellent fit for you.
* You support strategy development and execution by collaborating with cross-functional teams to create impactful strategies.
* You manage multiple direct and indirect categories with regional and global suppliers, overseeing supplier relationship management.
* You organize and manage strategic sourcing initiatives, including RFI, RFQ, and supplier negotiations using digital sourcing tools.
* You independently identify business requirements to prepare and negotiate contracts with suppliers.
* You build strong relationships with key suppliers to enhance value realization throughout the partnership.
* You engage stakeholders positively through proactive communication and problem-solving skills.
* You ensure continuous improvement and efficiency in supplier relationships and your personal productivity.
What are we looking for?
* You hold a
Bachelor's degree in business, economics, supply chain, procurement, engineering
, or a related field.
* You have substantial experience in
direct procurement
or relevant pharmaceutical business roles.
* You possess expertise in
contracting
and understand legal, compliance, and commercial elements.
* You are an excellent communicator with strong influencing skills.
* You are comfortable with ambiguity and thrive in a
dynamic, high-speed
environment.
* You demonstrate results-oriented, problem-solving capabilities, and exhibit creativity and teamwork.
* You have a strong market knowledge and skills in negotiation, supplier management, and project management.
* You are a self-starter and action-oriented.
