* Welcome clients and visitors with professionalism and ensure the smooth running of the reception area.
* Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
* Handle the scheduling and preparation of meeting rooms, including catering arrangements.
* Assist with the follow-up of invoices in collaboration with the accountant.
* Manage travel bookings and logistics for lawyers (flights, hotels, taxis, etc.).
* Provide general administrative support to the lawyers, including file preparation and document management.
* Coordinate office supplies and maintain a well-organized office environment.
* Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar administrative or reception role, ideally within an international or professional services environment.
* Excellent command of English (spoken and written); any knowledge of French or Dutch is an asset.
* Highly organized, proactive, and solution-oriented.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a polished and professional demeanor.
* Able to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* Positive, dynamic, and service-minded attitude.
* Open to working full-time, from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm.
