For one of our clients, a leading distributor operating on a global scale, we are currently looking for an Accounting & HR Officer. In this key role, you will manage both local accounting and HR administration. You will support local management and report regularly to the international group, combining hands-on execution with analytical insight. The job is based in Kontich. Accounting & HR Officer – Your Tasks Accounting & Finance: Handle all accounting transactions (AP/AR/bank statements) Prepare and file VAT returns and customer listings Perform monthly and quarterly closings, including financial reporting Act as the point of contact for the external accounting firm Assist with the annual closing and collaborate with external auditors Prepare financial reports and statistics for national authorities HR & Personnel Administration: Draft and manage employment contracts, personnel files, and HR documentation Coordinate payroll in collaboration with the social secretariat Manage leave and absences Act as the first point of contact for employees regarding HR issues Accounting & HR Officer – About You Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Several years’ experience as an accountant, preferably in a SME environment Fluency in Dutch, French & English Accounting & HR Officer – The Offer A central role within a healthy, international SME, with direct impact on both finance and HR A competitive salary package: up to 4500€ gross, extralegal benefits: meal vouchers, écochèques, internet expenses, collective bonus, profit bonus Opportunities for autonomy, initiative, and personal growth
